Welcome, or welcome back, to my newsletter. I'm writing today with a vision article, one about emotions which applies to vision as well as many other areas of Life, and one final reminder about my Discovery Session offer. Enjoy!

Vision: Why my eyes?
For many years I felt picked-on by Life because I had the worst eyesight of anyone I knew. Gradually I changed my opinion about this, choosing to "see" it differently (ha!). Here is an article with more on this topic.

EFT (and other tools) help with unpleasant feelings
Anyone who doesn't live in a bubble or on a mountaintop will encounter uncomfortable emotions. Here is an article about this topic, which I deal with often. Perhaps you can learn from my experience, or at least feel less alone.
