Hello, and Absolutely Abundant August to you!
Welcome, or welcome back, to my newsletter. This past weekend I participated in an outstanding energy medicine workshop and training with my teacher Deborah King, so I may write more about that next time. Today I'm sending you 2 short articles on dreams. Enjoy!

Dream guidance from a dead relative
An old friend reported a recent dream from her daughter, who is trying to conceive a child. In this dream, an older man who felt "fatherly" appeared. He reassured the young woman that she is "doing everything right" in her work with the fertility doctors. He said she'll have a son, and told her what to name him. It was one of the names she had already been considering!

This young woman never knew either of her grandfathers in Life, as they died before she was born. However, she wondered if this man in her dream could be one of them. My friend said she had a feeling he was her husband's father (the young woman's paternal Grandpa). My friend is sure her husband's Dad also appeared to her (my friend) many years ago, when her daughter was very sick as an infant. Back then he told my friend emphatically that nothing was going to happen to her baby, that he had the situation under control. Hearing this story, it felt to me like the grandfather is a loving guiding presence, keeping a close eye on this young woman. My energy medicine teacher Deborah King would call him a Spirit Guide for her.

My dream teacher Robert Moss says that one of the easiest ways for the dead to communicate with the living is through dreaming. Who is visiting you, and wanting to help you, in your dreams?

EFT helps with remembering dreams
A new dream client wanted to remember her dreams consistently. She felt like she was missing a big part of her intuitive guidance system. After some discussion about habits which would encourage dream recall, I led her through a round of EFT "resistance tapping", which can actually be a lot of fun. We tapped on "Don't send me any dream wisdom -- I don't want to hear it!", and "I don't want to remember my dreams! What if they tell me I have to change direction?", and even "My dreams can't tell me what to do!", until we were both laughing.

This client wrote the next day to tell me she had remembered a short dream (I thought "Hooray!"). Then when she was writing the dream in her journal as I had encouraged her to do, she remembered a similar dream from the day before she had forgotten! Her Dream Gates are swinging open now, and I'm excited about the adventures she has coming her way. I believe this is possible for everyone.
